• User-Provided Content: Screenshots or images of dating profiles (including photos and text) that you voluntarily upload for analysis.
• Account Data: We do not require traditional account creation. Instead, we use localStorage technology on your device to create an anonymous "Ghost Account" linked to your session.
• Financial & Contact Data: If you purchase a premium report, we collect the email address you provide during checkout to link your purchase to your session. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card information. All payment data is securely handled by our payment processor, Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To analyze your uploaded profile using Artificial Intelligence and generate your personalized report.
• To process your payments and grant you access to premium features.
• To provide customer support and deliver the service you requested.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

To operate the service, your data is processed by trusted third-party service providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

• AI Processing (Google / Gemini): Your uploaded screenshots are sent securely via API to our AI provider to analyze the text and image and generate the report. We do not use your images to train our own AI models.
• Database & Hosting (Supabase & Vercel): Your generated reports and session data are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure providers.
• Payments (Stripe): Your email address and transaction status are shared with Stripe to process payments and handle billing inquiries.

5. Data Retention

We retain your generated reports and associated data in our database to ensure you have continuous access to the product you purchased. We delete temporary processing files as quickly as possible.

6. Your Privacy Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data from our servers. If you wish to delete your email, session data, and any generated reports associated with you, please contact us at kontakt@ignacy.dev. We will permanently delete your records within 14 days of your request.

7. Cookies and LocalStorage

We do not use intrusive tracking cookies. We strictly use localStorage to maintain your session state and securely link your browser to your generated reports without requiring a password. By using our service, you consent to the use of localStorage for this functional purpose.
